Return & Refund Policy – Bethania Hair

At Bethania Hair, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of human hair products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Hair that has been installed, worn, or altered

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Bethania Hair will cover the return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers are advised to request a return and place a new order.
